What is the 'JDH Help Someone In Need Project'?

We at JD Healthcare strive to help all that we can in every way possible, and that is why we started the JDH Healthcare Help Someone In Need Project (JDH-HSINP). The primary focus of this project is the promotion of health and saving as many people as we can from the burdens of the countless medical bills associated with costly surgery. Every donation that is made to the JDH-HSINP will be matched dollar for dollar by JDH Healthcare. Once there is enough money in the account we will choose and fully treat a person in need who can not afford to treat themselves. Together we can make a difference, and that's just what we intend to do!

How do I donate to the Project?

We accept personal checks and or money orders made out to 'JDH HSINF' and mailed to our mailing address located here. All donations will be followed up with a receipt that can be used to claim the donation on your taxes, and all those donating to the fund will be kept up to date with the next patient we help, their progress, and their success story that you made possible.

How can I apply to be a patient in the Project?

Simply fill out the application here and make sure to check the box that says please enroll me in the JDH-HSINP. If you qualify we will contact you and your family for further information regarding the surgery and then begin the necessary procedures to get the operation underway. Please do not be concerned if you are not contacted right away. We try to give out as many free operations as we can, but out of the thousands of applicants we receive, we can only choose a few patients a year.
